I recently had the pleasure of visiting Great Florida Smiles for the first time, and I must say, it was an experience worth raving about. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front desk staff, particularly by H.Q., whose friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. The state-of-the-art facility at Great Florida Smiles truly sets it apart from others in the area. Every aspect of the office exudes a sense of modernity and cleanliness that instills confidence in their commitment to excellence. But what truly makes this practice exceptional is the remarkable team they've assembled. Dr. Wall is a true standout in his field. His expertise and skill set are unmatched, and it's evident that he's dedicated to providing the best possible care for his patients. I felt completely confident in his hands even though nothing gets me more anxious than having dental work done. I also want to extend my gratitude to TJ, who expertly handled all of my billing questions with patience and clarity. Victoria, the dental assistant, was incredibly attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I am sorry if I let someone out as they are all outstanding. Not sure who put this team together but truly wished I found them sooner. Overall, my experience at Great Florida Smiles exceeded all expectations. I love my new crowns and If you're in need of dental care, look no further. This is the place to go for top-notch treatment in a welcoming and state-of-the-art environment. The best experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. Started with the original phone call with BJ to setup an appointment, to meeting Heather A with the scans, Dr Courtney was very helpful and kind and finally HJ that checked me out. Every Dr office should strive to implement this type of hospitality. Job well done and great experience.

Very nice people. As a veteran- I was treated very well. I dont know how it could have been better. My first visit was mostly examining & x-rays. They explained everything & everyone was pleasant & personable.
