Great Condo, Clean Space, and Great Beach. The distance is a little farther away from all the stuff on the strip, but it was nice to be away from the crowds on the beach.

Rooms: I can't speak for all rooms because most of them, if not all, are independently rented condos that are owned privately. The hotel staff can't be blamed in full for discrepancies. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the kitchen area. The garbage disposal was the culprit. A good baking soda and vinegar treatment could probably cure that problem. Aside from that, our room looked and felt clean. We had a master bed, two bathrooms, a bunk area, a kitchen, a living/sitting room, and a balcony with a full gulf view on the 2nd floor. Even though we weren't very high up, we still had a good view of the gulf. This also added a benefit of being able to take the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator. Walkability: Aside from the beach, there aren't many things within walking distance from this hotel. There is private beach access that is very easily accessible. Food & drinks: We tried to experience the bar/grill next to the pool but found out we were 15 minutes too late. They close at 5:00, so don't plan on eating dinner here, unless you want an early dinner.
