10X Retreat at PCB

We had a sprinkler head that was spaying at the building wall next to our storage room. "No fault of the team. An item that the former lawn company should have installed correctly to begin with." The spraying caused mildew to form in the storage area and in our walk in closet. We removed our personal belongings that were growing mildew on them to clean them. Meanwhile the maintenance team responded to our work order within 24 hours. They were friendly, professional, and helpful. They addressed the issue. They applied chemicals to clean up the area. They cleaned the walls in both areas inside. To me where they really " did it right" was they went outside and cleaned up where the mildew was starting into the house. I feel that they not only addressed the problem but the source of the problem too! This can easily be the difference between a job getting done and a job that is "well done". Team thank you for a job "well done".

What a dump. Toured with my sister. White appliances, with the coil burners for stovetop? lol. Yeah right.

I have lived here for almost 10 years. The maintenance guys are very friendly but when they come to do a job they don't do a very good one. The staff and the leasing office are very defensive. Even before you're done with your question, they start to talk over you to defend themselves. And the biggest thing is the upkeep of the landscaping is horrific. It looks like this place is about 50 years old . They used to put pine straw down around the back of your apartments that is not done any longer. There's a picture of a dead bush. They can't even remove it. This 10x living at the retreat is not what it used to be . One thing they do do is raise your rent every year.

Letitia is amazing! She is always eager to help and her leasing team is amazing! Love living at 10X Retreat! The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are always clean!
