This place is amazing! 2 blocks from the Beach, stunning sunsets, incredible resort style living, Tropical Pool with outside amenities. From the moment you pull in there's a sense of tranquility. Grounds are well kept and Tropical, the Fountain feature of the pool relaxes the mind, Residents are kind and welcoming. This is top of my list the best place I've moved into. Property Staff are accommodating, friendly and proficient. Holiday and the girls in the office take pride in the property and its Tenants. Can't say that for many places. Highly recommend this beautiful, friendly and peaceful property.

POTENTIAL RESIDENTS - Because it appears that my Google review from 3 weeks ago containing the email I sent to RKW Residential on Nov. 28, 2023 is no longer visible (and, as I suspect, may have been reported), I am posting the follow-up email sent to Regional Manager Stephanie Garris and Regional Vice President Jennifer Ipock on Mar. 1, 2024. ---------- Forwarded message --------- It has been 3 months since my email to RKW Residential regarding the conditions at 79 West Apartments in Panama City Beach, Florida, and while I have yet to file civil legal proceedings against RKW Residential, I am writing because Holiday Alig has remained an abject failure in her position as manager of the property. Although the disturbances I emphasized previously have subsided (for the time being), nothing has changed in my assertion that Holidays demonstrated incompetence is beyond redemption. It has now been a full year since one of the elevators in Building 100 went out of service and has yet to be repaired. This is a clear dereliction of duty and, on her part constitutes an abuse of Holidays management position. Every time I am stuck waiting for the functioning elevator, I am reminded of the countless hours that residents have collectively wasted over the past year (rather than working toward their goals and dreams, and/or spending valuable time with loved ones) at the hands of this negligent and parasitic individual. There is simply no justification for you not to remove Holiday from her position based on this issue alone. In addition, the valet trash service has also continued to prove unreliable (resulting in bags of trash sitting outside residents apartments on a daily basis). As well, the continual peeling of exterior paint (especially on the concrete hallway floors) has resulted in an ongoing ghetto-fication of the property that renders it nearly unrecognizable from its condition under the previous management company. Expect there to be complaints to higher-up individuals at RKW Management and greater pressure on Holiday herself to leave her position voluntarily. Make no mistake that this warning is not warranted.

My experience has been great so far at 79 West. Specifically because of Rashara's help from day 1. She has been very nice to us during the entire process. She is still serving us and very easy to talk to!

This place is awful I moved here December 14 and it have been terrible I had things falling apart cabinets was falling off the bone the laundry room door fell off the first week of being here roaches fallen out of the vents and crawling out of the cabinets and I called the office and told them about all the problems and it took them forever to get everything fix let me not forget the ac unit well it was never working when I moved in so are power bill was through the roof because of that I called called and kept calling about it and they did not care i had called for the last time they finally got me another ac unit not to long ago thats ridiculous Im still currently waiting for a dishwasher that I put in a request for 1/22/2024 still havent gotten it why do anyone have to keep calling over 7 times to get things handled Now lets talk about the amenities let me go ahead and get this out the way starting with the gym I'm a morning person so I like to go work out early it was a homeless man sleeping in there are you serious I could not believe my eyes the doors are never working so that means they never lock you dont never really need your key that the front office give you to get in the gym thats not safe what so ever its also a lot of machines down and there and they still havent fixed them the big nice pool is nice but the hot tubs are always down it seems like both of the hot tubs never can work at the same time one of the hot tubs are always down now lets go to the dog shower well it been broken forever so you cant properly use it now that is unacceptable whats the point of having all this stuff and you cant use it I can go on and on but Im not gonna so Pretty much to sum everything up this place IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY ITS TO EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON

Of course, all the positive reviews are from people who just moved in. If you wouldnt review a restaurant before trying your food, dont listen to them!
