My house sold in ten days for very nearly the asking price. Suzette was supportive, communicative, clearly had my best interests in mind -- and she's such a kind person with a huge heart. Closing on my end was smooth as silk (compared to my buyer's, which wasn't), and I owe that almost entirely to Suzette's deft management.
