I am a repeat customer for prepping and painting the exterior of my home. Kevin and his team have once again done a very excellent job to refresh my home. They were on time, every time, efficient, polite and I could not ask for more. When they left, just everything looked better than when they arrived and all was cleaned up to perfection. We were referred to Kevin from TSI of Manatee, Inc. by another source for lanai floor repainting; however, because we had to replace our pool skimmer, which necessitated jackhammering up a section of the floor, we needed more extensive work performed. Kevin came out the same day to provide an estimate, and in the process we learned that he also did exterior painting. We had planned to repaint our trim this year and the entire house next year, but in looking at our exterior paint, we agreed that we should have the entire house repainted this year. Kevin provided a very reasonable estimate, and his crew were out our house within a week and completed both jobs (lanai floor and house) in 2 days. They were meticulous, prompt, courteous, and they did an outstanding job. One of our neighbors was so impressed that he is getting an estimate for house painting as well.
