Incredible results! I ordered 9 white in & out double hung replacement windows (3 sliders & 5 casements, 1 picture window). The communication with the office was top-tier. One of my windows arrived at their warehouse cracked, and they immediately called and informed me of my options. We decided at the end of the call to reorder the window. There was an issue with the prebuilt casing box for my kitchen window due to the tile backsplash, which turned a 1-day job into a 2-day job. However, the installers were excellent at planning and communicating and came back the 2nd day for an hour to complete the job.

The installers were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were willing to answer questions we had regarding our windows and went above and beyond. We are extremely satisfied with his communication and customer service. An outstanding replacement window company.

Highly Recommend Karoly Windows and Doors! We found them on google, and Brandon came out for a no pressure quote on 10 replacement windows and 1 sliding glass door. He gave several options for our project. We are very pleased with the excellent quality of Simonton windows/doors. Villi and his crew did an amazing job trimming out the interior! It looks better than before! No mess left inside or out! Their attention to detail and superior craftsmanship are outstanding!!
