AdventHealth Primary Care+ Walgreens, Palm Harbor

Stopped in today. Fully booked with appointments 5 hours out. No longer Express Care by any means, and definitely not drop in.

Got in fairly quickly (slow day). Male nurse was a bit cocky about my veins and where he wanted to put the needle versus the veins I told him to use. He failed and ended up sticking me several times. WTH? Then he went off to chat and flirt with the nurses who all sat right outside my room at the station chatting loudly about gossip and nothing at all. Finally an Asian doctor came and talked to me about my long Covid lungs.

I will never go back here. Ive called several times to get my test results and no one seems to know why they are taking so long. This is my health not SAT scores. Very unprofessional.

Made an appt and saw Jessica who was very nice & helpful. I appreciated her kindness in treating me.

The doctor ordered the wrong tests and one for the wrong gender, all together. Staff at Walgreens employees / manager, and AdventHealth were not helpful in getting this resolved. I took a half day off work and it was wasted due to the Doctor here. They just want you in and out. I literally had to come back to the pharmacy and wait for the door to open to talk to the Doctor and thats when she proceeded to come out to the Lobby and discuss my tests that were ordered very loudly to where all others in the immediate area could hear which is very embarrassing. I never got a call when in need so now this has become a legal matter with Walgreens and AdventHealth. Avoid this location and Id suggest to avoid AdventHealth.
