I want to thank Mike from Palm Harbor office for setting up the account. He was thorough, professional, and explained all the elements of the service. The actual first visit happened earlier today. The fellow who did the actual treatment came early and did what apparently is a comprehensive work through the yard. Thanks.

Came home and found droppings from some type of animal... Called Massey because it's honestly the last thing you want to see/ come home to after a 12hr shift. The receptionist is always so kind and was able to get Frank the service manager over within 3 hrs! He educated me after setting the traps around the garage so i knew where they were. Frank also saw me using the tape measure and ran over to help me accurately measure opening under door to ensure I get the right size door sweep. The customer service is out of this world. We used to use terminex and my mom encouraged us to switch to Massey. Mom was right, thanks Frank for your stellar service. Masseys lucky to have you

Massey is fabulous! Their customer service is stellar; they truly go above and beyond. We retained them for both lawn and pest services. With the previous lawn service firm we had for over a year, we still had this viney-type weed in the lawn. Within two treatments with Massey, it was eliminated! The lawn looks lush, healthy and green (even with our current once a week water restrictions). With our pest service, it took a few services but they finally found the right combination that works for our home. Throughout the process, they were very attentive to our needs and strived to get it right and often came out between service appointments to treat the issues we were having (ghost ants and an increase in cockroaches) We HIGHLY recommend Massey for both your lawn and pest needs.

Save yourself the money. Their services do nothing to improve your home. The pest control did nothing to keep the bugs away. They misdiagnosed termite feces, and continuously told us we were wrong. They misdiagnosed rat feces on our porch and told us it was geckos. Their sprinkler service just added extra things to the sprinklers that cost me more money. But they still never worked. They are always clogged. The filter that they added clogs more quickly than the filter heads did. The lawn and shrub service is harmful. They will make your lawn look worse than it would if you did absolutely nothing to it. They killed 20% of the shrubs around my house. The grass was always patchy and brown. The funny thing about all of this. I never heard a peep from them for the entire two years that I use their services. But as soon as I canceled, I got a phone call every day. And they even did a lawn treatment the day after I canceled their services and now theyre trying to send me to collections, even though the date of service was the day after I canceled. This company just wants your money. They dont care about their work, quality, you or your home
