Digital Motion X-rays are the best and only objective test to prove ligament injuries to the spine. Dr. Postlethwaite has perfected and teaches imaging techniques to physicians around the world to document damaged ligaments. Not all DMXs are the same. Make sure you get the highest quality images on the latest up to date machines, with computerized measurements that clearly document and show the injuries. Also, make sure the rad tech is knowledgeable and skilled enough to properly image the spine, or else you might not find what you are looking for. Learn how to position the patient, and coach them through the various movements to show the damaged ligaments.
Digital Motion X-rays have helped hundreds of my clients. Yes, DMX images are admitted into evidence for the jury to see.
