I bought a home, not knowing the sprinkler system didnt work. I needed to fix the sprinkler system that has not worked from what I understand, in approximately 20 years! I couldnt find a company to come out for weeks. The owner of all phaze irrigation made a special visit the same day. He got my sprinkler system up and running, which was a miracle. He was nice, professional, and reasonably priced! I would definitely use him again for any irrigation issues that might come up in the future. Found this company based on Google reviews. The man who answered the phone was very professional, and asked very good leading questions of the issue I was experiencing. I made an appointment and the company followed up on the day off my appointment with a call ahead confirming the time and making sure I would be there. Two very nice and professional guys showed up and performed all the needed work to fix my sprinkler zone that was not operating. They also checked all other zones and sprinkler heads and repaired as needed with my prior approval. This was two weeks ago and I havent had any other issues. For the time they were here and the amount that I paid, I feel it was a valueespecially considering their professionalism, communication and end result of the service. Highly recommend. Awful service. Upon our request and after quote, they installed a B-hyve system for our yard. without programming the installer left very quickly. although Brian promissed me installation and programming AND charged us for it. We tried to do it ourselves and asked for advise and help numerous times because we paid for it, right?! It is impossible to connect this device to wifi. It is definately not us, it is a broken device. Now, 8 months later and many many mails and calls later our yard is almost dead. They sell you 1 thing and dissapear. Im sure theyll respond on this review with an excuse. But I have proof they did not repond or help at all. For 8 months. We had Sunrise Irrigation over 2 weeks ago and they where terrific. I cant believe how easy it can be. Thank you Brian for not sticking to your promise
