        If I could give negative stars I would. Delivery is 7hrs late we have missed our Valentine's day reservations I ordered the flowers on the 12 to be delivered on the 14 and they are literally 6 minutes away from my home. Spent $171.00 on flowers and they have not been delivered. I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting there money on this business. I will pick a better florist in the future!

        Great customer service! Super accommodating when I placed an order and had to reschedule the delivery. Spoke to the owner (I believe) on the phone when it came time to place the order again and she was kind enough to give me a few options as far as delivering everything in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend! Mom was super happy about the beautiful flowers.

As you can imagine, Valentine's Day is one of the busiest holidays for a florist. We reviewed your order, and you are correct that you placed it on 2/12 with delivery scheduled for 2/14. We started receiving orders for Valentine's Day in mid-January, so I am sure you can appreciate the level of coordination it takes to ensure hundreds of deliveries are fulfilled on one single day. While the location of your home may be within six minutes of our store, delivery times are not guaranteed, nor did you specify a specific delivery time you needed your order to arrive. We always do our best to provide all customers with quality arrangements that meet or exceed their expectations.
