I visited this facility last Friday for what I thought was a sprained ankle and after x-rays I was informed I had a small fracture. The weight time and attention to detail was outstanding. We will use them in the future. Thank you so much.

Today was my first visit at BRUC with a sensitive diagnosis. Dr McNichol was fabulous and listened and explained in details what was going on. This will be my go to from now on and I will tell all my friends and family about Dr McNichol

My mother got bit by a dog while she was here visiting me 3 weeks ago. Dr. McNichol did ZERO images or anything and told her to just put a bandaid on it and gave her an antibiotic. Fast forward to today and she has now had 2 urgent care visits, an ER visit, and will be having surgery in 2 days due to a broken bone and a severe bone infection, which puts her at a high risk for amputation and needing to complete 6 weeks of IV antibiotics following surgery. This is all a result of 1) Dr. Nichols prescribing the wrong antibiotic and 2) failing to do any images, of which he would have seen that she has a broken bone that a bandaid would not, in fact, fix. Attached are pictures from her X-ray that show that she is losing bone density due to the infection eating away at her bone.
