I had a really positive experience with Southland. They did a pump replacement for me. My husband is a terminally ill firefighter so I need help keeping up with maintenance on my home. Lawrence came out the same day I called and gave me an excellent quote. He came out the next day and did the work. This was such a relief I get letters from my HOA if the yard and grass is not in good shape so I need my well to keep it watered. Lawrence did an excellent job. I highly recommend their services. I have used Southland Well Drilling twice in the last two years. In both cases, Lawrence and his crew were terrific!! Lawrence gave me very fair prices, and did very high quality work. In the first case (2020), Lawrence scheduled and completed with work promptly. In the second case (2021), a national parts shortage caused a delay. Lawrence kept me informed, and scheduled the work as soon as parts became available. Outstanding customer service!! I won't use anyone else! Services: Well installation, Pump installation

When asked for a quote he showed up on time. Sold me on the quality of his work and my wife and I were not disappointed. Showed up as promised and finished the project early. Could not tell that he had even been at our residence. Very clean and absolutely no mess or clean up. Achieved great water quality. The bill when complete was exactly as quoted. Our system has been running now for a month with no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Lawrence and Southland Well drilling to everyone.
