Jay Singh from Venture Transport was very helpful in getting my brother's car picked up and transported to it's destination. Without his help the car would still be in Florida. He was instrumental in getting the best transport company for us and the car arrived timely safe and sound. I would definitely recommend Venture Transport for their great customer service.

I had all but given up on the auto transport option for my car, until I delt with Jay. He was super polite and direct; I never felt like there was some hidden catch. I never had to wait on a response, which has not been the case in previous experience with different companies. I will be contacting Jay from here on for all my auto transport needs.

I was super nervous to transport my car across country. I had read so many horror stories and was so skeptical of any transport company that I took a month researching and talking to several before I decided which one to go with. Jay can attest, I put him through the ringer both through text and over the phone. But he was great. He answered all my questions, helped me waylay all my fears and in the end I chose Venture. They were awesome! Once I decided to go with them, everything went so smoothly and quickly. Within 48 hrs I had a carrier booked and they were picking up my car. It was picked up on time, exactly as they said Thursday for approximate delivery on Monday. To my surprise, though... I got a call Sunday night and they asked if they could deliver it then - a day early! They were AWESOME! If I ever have to transport another car, I am definitely using Venture Transport. Thanks Jay and the team for doing such an awesome job!!
