Very honest does not do work that is unnecessary. been going there for over 7 years.

Extremely dissatisfied, never to return !! I was at the Tuffy in Palm Coast today. I had a 12 oclock appointment which I made yesterday afternoon, I arrived at approximately 1140 and checked in with the assistant manager Patrick, he told me the wait would be at least 15 to 20 minutes for my vehicle, that he had over both reservations. 40 minutes later he walked up to me and handed me my car keys, thinking that my oil change was done I stood up, he said I have a 12 oclock appointment for someone else but not for you, your name is not there. It will be a 2 to 3 hour wait for you to get your oil change, I told him I could show him the appointment confirmation and he was not interested. I have been going to this Tuffy for at least 10 years for regular oil changes, I was thoroughly disappointed today. There was absolutely no Customer Service, no empathy, sympathy or regard to me. I left a very dissatisfied customer and Patrick couldve cared less.

Had an appointment for a brake inspection. My vehicle has 84000 and my brakes have never been replaced. A mechanic ( Jon ) took my car in right at the scheduled time of appointment. He asked me if anything was going on with my brakes. No problems just wanted to see if my brake pads needed to be changed. After putting my car up on the hoist and completing the inspection, he said my brakes were at 50% wear and NO service was required at this time. He also stated that's the result when you take care of your car. Best part yet NO CHARGE. I will certainly bring my cars back to Tuffy.

Very ethical and reliable shop. They have done work for family members as well as myself and it has always been a great experience. Could not be happier.
