I normally don't write reviews, but would like to share my experience this time. Because good people and companies should be recognized and made known to customers. Replacing roof is a big project and can be stressful. I'm happy that I met Michael Cordero from AK Certified Roofing after speaking with a few companies. Michael is professional and knowledgable. He is always ready to answer any questions, but never push. He is reliable and I feel I can trust him. It is proved later on during the installing process that I made the right decision by working with him and his company. I'm also thankful to have the project manager James who is so helpful and dedicated to his job. I'll definitely use them again for future projects.

Rolando (Roly) was so professional. He was very responsive. He answer the call right away & came out less than 24 hours later. He was thorough & knowledgeable. He communicated effectively & provided a detailed explanation & report, with photos. I would not hesitate to recommend him & his company. Love that hes local, but I also know he travels to meet the needs of his customers. As we are new to Florida, he even gave us local tips on restaurants & fun activities in the area. AK Certified Roofing was efficient and professional. Rolando, our salesman, was responsive to our needs & went out of his way to make sure everything was handled correctly. Everything went smoothly according to schedule. The office staff was friendly and very helpful. The roof was replaced in one day and AK Certified even power-washed our driveway afterwards. We highly recommend using this company.

Company did an amazing job start to finish. No complaints at all. Rolando was an excellent salesman. Best professional presentation. Blew all the others away. Great communications. Everything was done on time with the dates provided to me a month earlier. Nathan the project lead shared detailed pictures with me to advise what was going on with the roof project as they were working it. Office staff was friendly as well. Would highly recommended this company for your roofing needs.One happy customer!
