        First off. When you call them, they call you back! Second. When they make an appointment, they show up! Third. When we had a small issue, no problem be right out, and they did! My point is they do what you exspect from a company! Highly recommend!

        I have been a GC for 30 plus years and working with a lot of different contractors. Dan and his staff are the best . Dan is super professional and very fair in pricing and easy to work with . We have done several commercial projects together and he is a team player. Any time a issue came up we were able to solve it together. He's a pleasure to work with and will continue to use and refer him 100%. Keep up the good work guys !

        I had a small leak in my garage roof where it meets the house. Other roofing companies failed to even show up for scheduled appointments or gave $1200 estimates without even getting on the roof. Dan came out got on the roof, in the attic , explained the leak and then fixed it for NO CHARGE From the time I called and spoke to Alisha to meeting Dan was a great experience. Dan is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He also walked my whole roof to make sure thete weren't any other issues. Thanks Again Dan , when I do need a new roof I'm calling Chardani roofing
