Ive rented from this company on two separate occasions and both times the property managers have been kind and always available of needed. I recommend them to anyone looking to rent or purchase a home/apt/townhouse the properties are well maintained and clean. Thank you

It was a great run, and then they had to go and nickel-and-dime us over "re-keying the unit" that wasn't going to be re-rented according to their own paperwork and some low-dollar maintenance, because they can. Don't get me wrong, they're nice people, or we wouldn't have lived there as long as we did. But bottom line, we did what amounted to ten years worth of free lawn service for these folks, because there was an "extra lot" that happened to come with our particular house (which we would have never rented initially, it wasn't our fault the first homeowner got foreclosed on and they had to find us another place in the middle of one of our leases!). We derived **nothing** from that lot, but we took care of it faithfully the whole time we lived there because "it came with the house". But come move-out time, after we paid to have the place cleaned (and we knew they were about to do a **major** rehab on it but we paid to have it cleaned up *anyway*), it was "but, but, we can charge for this" and "we can charge for that" because "it was in your lease" because "insert myraid excuses here". Waaah. Sad. I guess I expected better, since we worked really hard to pass every inspection they did in their 20+ year old house with its 20+ year old carpeting and its 20+ year old appliances and its 20+ year old exterior paint job, *none* of which they ever fell all over themselves in 10 years to improve much. Well, except that one time where they finally had to replace the HVAC after a dozen "repairs"; and they replaced a garbage disposal and the kitchen sink faucet in their 20+ year old plumbing. Silly me...

During my time at a rental unit this company offered, I was harrassed by both the company as well as the home owner on multiple events that in some cases involved the police telling the homeowner he can not just show up and look through windows on units which scared the life out of my at the time 4 year old daughter. I had to on multiple occasions threaten legal action over the rental company failing to for weeks on end fixing a leaking ceiling that was pooling into the living room creating a safety hazard for myself and my daughter, they also didn't fix a broken washer that led to mosquitoes so bad in the home a bug company had to spend time cleaning the home out and also we had to stay elsewhere during that time. In the end, when leaving the home, the company new that I would not have a new place to stay due to the overheated housing market and inability to close on something in a timely manner, when asked to email me copies of the end of lease inspection the company over and over refused to email it and ended up sending the check for a return of 100 dollars on my 1100 deposit. The only things listed to pay for in the lease were a home cleaning along with a re keying fee. The homeowner and rental company scammed me out of my deposit knowing my situation and how I would not be able to receive mail. Since then I have a new house, and learned of the amount of the deposit after they finally insulted me by saying it was delivered back to them KNOWING i was homeless when they sent it via mail instead of the email I requested. Overall I would NEVER suggest ANYONE do business with this company that violated my tenant rights on SEVERAL occasions which involved police telling them to stop, creating a hazordous environment by not fixing issues for weeks on end and scamming me out of my deposit money.

Don't get me wrong, they're nice people, or we wouldn't have lived there as long as we did.
