Having Massey for termite protection for well over a decade, I recently found the need to replace our home pest control company and knew only one contact was necessary. Debbie Frank, my Massey representative for many years of termite protection, was beyond helpful at ascertaining the needs for my home and provided an annual protection plan at an admirable price. I knew from my first inquiry with her about additional services that I had contacted the perfect person to continue and expand my home protection.. Thank you very much, Debbie, for your guidance and assistance in increasing my protection coverage with Massey. You are the reason it happened and all around just THE BEST!

Asked for Massey to quote my home for lawn service. Appointment time was 2p. The inspector arrived 20 minutes early and instead of calling when no one answered the door they decided it was ok to come into my screened pool enclosure to continue knocking at doors. I have everything on my cameras. When confronted by his office the manager stated he was measuring. I dont have grass in my screened in pool lanai. Do you? I was 10 minutes away when this occurred and I had not given permission for the staff to make their way on my property without me. No one called to ask for permission either. This is an unacceptable way to do business.

I used Massey when I moved in two years ago. I had a one year agreement for lawn care and irrigation maintenance. At the end of the year Massey automatically renewed the irrigation service agreement at a much higher rate with no notice. Apparently they expect you to remember the anniversary date of the agreement. I was unaware of the price change until I received a bill. They refuse to credit me because I did not cancel 30 days prior. Hard to do with no notice. Now I am forced to pay for service e I did not want or have the bill sent to collections. The customer service people are rude and nasty and impossible to deal with. I would never recommend entering into any agreement with these people
