T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

After a year of going to a different local T-Mobile store and not receiving world class customer service, I went back to the original T-Mobile store. I was greeted by Iyanna who I remembered sold me my phone. She immediately reminded of how friendly, product knowledgeable, and helpful she was when she sold me my phone two years earlier. She listened to me and made recommendations specific to the type of phone and features I was looking for. This time around, I needed a new phone, a new protective case, and a screen protector. She listened, and I left this particular T-Mobile location happy I received above and beyond, world-class customer service. I felt well-taken care of and confident that I walked out of the store with the products and services right for me. I reflected briefly on my frustrations with the previous T-Mobile store that could have had my business a year ago. Iyanna gave me peace of mind. I will only go back to this T-Mobile location for my wireless service needs.

Great service, I was in search for reliable internet and the nice gentleman at this store help me get my account setup and my new 5G Home Internet. No issues with TMobile internet service works fantastic with great speeds! That said, TMobile phone support is very helpful that Im considering switching my phone carrier to TMobile. Might as well since Im using there internet.

They would not sell me a phone outright, so I called T- moble at my other home in Orlando Florida and had one sent for 110$ to Sidney Ohio.

I called ahead because the other store didn't have what I wanted, they did, they had awesome customer service and it was a quick and painless upgrade!
