Zero stars is more appropriate. Would not recommend at all. From the moment we walked in noted the carpet with stains all over. We asked to change our assigned room twice because the odor was intolerable. Smelled like cat urine and burned eyes and throat. Ultimately, given a third room which while the odor was not present, the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. We noted another couple also had same odor issue and also had to change rooms multiple times. Desk help was pleasant but hotel was definitely NOT! Stay away

This place is very dirty once you get past the lobby. Hallways and rooms had dead and live bugs and never vacuumed. The night staff is very rude and unfriendly. The free breakfast only had cold cereal and bagels. I cant say one nice thing about this hotel and I have stayed in a lot of cheap places that looked identical and this place was not cheap either.

If I could give no starts I would! Stayed here due to flight being delayed and not being able to get into relatives house. The front desk didnt seem to know what they were doing and took for ever and pretty sure we were charged incorrectly. When we finally got to the room it smelt like mildew and and the bathroom had no towels and had used soap left on sink and shower. It was as if it wasnt even cleaned! The room its self was not much better there were stains on the floors and stains on the bed sheets. Couldnt even sleep under the sheets I was so grossed out. If you are choosing between sleeping in your car or this hotel I would always pick the car. At least you know its clean!
