Interim HealthCare of Palm Coast

Whoever drives around in the Interim Healthcare Volkswagon beetle is a horrible driver. Driving slow on 95 South in the left hand lane holding up AT LEAST 10 cars behind them while cars in the middle lane were passing. Never moved out of the fast lane. The left lane is the PASSING lane. If everyone is passing YOU in that lane, youre in the wrong one. Move out of everyones way thats trying to get somewhere instead of holding up traffic on your leisurely drive.

I am shocked to see a 1 star rating. We used them 2 years ago and just requested the same individuals! We have 4 home assistants who communicate and coordinate great.

I give Interim a zero! They have not paid their employees for three weeks. Also, the checks are dated for a Friday, but not given out until around Tuesday and the employees are told not to cash them. Therefore, the employees are not paid for hours worked on a timely manner. So, when they finally get their Checks they can’t cash them. This must be illegal because they are not paid for hours work in a timely way. They are writing and disbursing pay checks that are no good. How can they possibly do this and get away with it. This causes a period when the employees are literally working for free. Unheard of. They are writing checks with no money to back them us. This just can’t be legal. Next stop, BBB.

My doctor referred me to Interim HealthCare Palm Coast for help with severe sciatic nerve pain. On July 9, 2015, I was interviewed by an intake person from Interim. On July 11, I had my first and only visit from a P.T.. Around three in the afternoon of July l4th, I discovered a voicemail that stated that a P.T. would come by my house between 5 and 6 p.m. I had spent most of the day in the dentist's chair and was tired and very sore. Besides, we generally eat between five and six p.m.. I called right away to reschedule this appointment and was told that nothing was available until the following week, possibly Tuesday the 21st but that someone would call to confirm that appointment on Monday the 20th. On Thursday, the l5th, I kept an appointment with the referring doctor. My condition hadn't improved a great deal and he prescribed a muscle relaxant to reduce the pain. I was having a great deal of trouble sleeping. He was surprised and concerned that the P.T. he prescribed had not been performed. I never heard from Interim, again and received no benefit at all from their services.
