The receptionist (Jasmine) was very short and curt. I simply needed a short phone consult (I live in Tampa and I'm retired). I even offered to pay attorney Sword...just for info on how to proceed getting a hearing. I have filed everything and just needed direction that I was willing to pay for...surely not a public servant!!!!Thanks for the rude treatment of a paying client and I'm a senior citizen!
