New health care building w a pharmacy inside 1st visit too many questions we will see people on the phone making appointments need to improve, mumbling when they talk not sure about the dr yet staff are very rude very obnoxious and very, very intrusive not staying with this place at all

Every appointment has had to be rescheduled over a month out because the Dr is always in Palatka its a struggle for my toddler to ever be seen. Ive had to take her to the hospital multiple times just because i couldnt get her in to be seen. Extremely Infuriating. Would not recommend. They dont care about you or your children

This doctors office treats people like garbage, they are very condescending n down right rude& they treat the handicapped n people on Medicaid like they mean absolutely nothing, they are all about the $ although doctors are suppose to care about their patience & the receptionist are absolutely ignorant rude ladies & the doctors do not approve things that need to be approved in time they really don't care at all, this place needs to close & reopen with better doctors n receptionist , & specially the rude girl pharmacist,this place ain't even worth 1star

Horrific billing!!! EVERY SINGLE VISIT THAT I PAID THAR DAY OF HAS BEEN LATER BILLED VIA MAIL. Left and right hands do not know what the other is doing. Then lol, go ahead and try to contact their billing person! You will ALWAYS have to leave a message and if you are lucky enough to be able to answer their call back days later, you get a militant drill Sargent that does not hear anything you say. Needless to say I have an appointment to establish with another PCP in May 2024. NIGHTMARE!!! Look elsewhere!
