This definitely is including my time with them in Daytona Beach but the only reason I am giving this two stars and not one is because Dr. Whitsitt himself is a genuinely nice person and is helpful. Most of his nurses and staff are very rude and sassy towards me and other customers and they take over 30 minutes from appointment time to even let me go into the back. After that, I wait 30 minutes to an hour more just to even have anyone help me and this is a consistent thing.
They are never easy to get a hold of and always claim they are busy but when I come for my TMJ appointment, they have little to no business. The only reason I am going to this office is because my health insurance says I have to go to this dentist to try and treat my TMJ. Otherwise, I am ready to be done with this unprofessional office.
