        I wasn't able to sign up for classes until the semester already began, despite initiating the process several weeks earlier. The online bookstore took several days to process digital orders, forcing me to catch up very quickly once I finally got access to the books. There are some very serious issues with how they handle student accounts and process orders. I am not convinced an institution can be both a school and a business, but it unclear where exactly the issues arise from.
