We had 2 vintage swivel chairs reupholstered, the service was impeccable, Russell picked them up & delivered them wrapped to ensure they did not get dirty. The fabric had a unique patter, the workmanship is excellent, the seams/patterns are perfectly aligned, because the chairs were old, Russell checked the integrity of the chairs, and adding additional foam to increase the height of the cushions, we could not be happier! Emilys Design Studio were easy to work with and they did 5 * work. Thank You!

Absolutely nice and helpful. I went in with a problem regarding my uniform pants. My solution would have been time-consuming and expensive. She offered an alternative and did it while I waited. After two weeks, I took the rest of my uniform pants in to have them done, and she did it while I waited.

I inquired about a simple alteration on the phone and was met with rudeness, then hung up on. It was something along the lines off, "Hello? I don't know. Come into my business.", then she hung up on me. There are tons of highly rated and reviewed seamstresses in Palm Coast. I will definitely be taking my business to one of them instead. Judging by some of these reviews, it sounds like it might be too simple of a job for her to actually agree to anyway.
