Amanda helped me and my mom get a new service with Metro and brand new phones at a great price! She was extremely knowledgeable and competent, and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

We went in to this store after dealing with a messy situation in another store in a different town. We explained to Holly and the other associate (I'm so sorry-I didn't get her name) exactly what happened, what we were told and what we wanted to do. Basically the other store caused our $110/month phone bill to go to $170/month, plus we ended up with an additional line that we didn't need. Holly LEAPED into action, attempting to find out what she had to do to remedy the situation. She talked with us for several minutes, gave us advice and offered her number for any time we just "had questions" or needed anything. After her instruction, our phones are back to the normal rate, and Holly even said we qualified for a credit and took a little off of our next bill. Thank you Holly & Mystery Employee!!! You guys are the real MVPs!!!!

I came into Metro PCS to find some internet for my Uncle and HOLLY was AWESOME!!! She had me and 3 other customers and she took care of ALL of us in such a timely manner I couldn't believe it!! She was very knowledgeable and solved my problem quick! I hope she's on her way to being a MANAGER if she isn't already!!! GREAT JOB HOLLY AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
