Tuscan Reserve Apartments

Ive lived here with my wife for a couple years now. Its a nice place, neighbors are OK but unfortunately you need to stay very far away from this place due to management. Melody, as pointed out in other reviews is terrible. No one should be working in an industry with people when you dont like people. In dealing with Melody over the years shes been nothing but difficult, and honestly Ive felt that she may treat people of a certain demographic the wrong way purposefully. I dont know if they pay people for reviews but steer clear of this place if Melody is still there.

I give Tuscan Reserve a solid 5 stars. Not only is the community and its residents amazing, the entire staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with was the absolute best. Any issues I had was dealt with very timely and professionally. I will miss this community very much and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live in the Palm Coast area.

I couldnt have picked a better apartment complex. This community & staff truly cares for your well-being and wants their residents to feel welcomed and taken care of. Mrs. Melody and Mrs. Robin are so sweet and always ready to assist with anything you may need. The maintenance man, Andrew, has also been so great. You can easily count on him to keep things running smoothly.

Moving made easy! I'm new to the area and I love this place! The residents are very friendly, the office staff are very responsive and helpful, and the maintenance guy is wonderful. The property is very well maintained, with lovely views and landscaping. Everything is kept so nice.
