        I dont care how good the product is, the service is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I prepaid IN FULL for replacement tanks MONTHS AGO, and still havent received them. Its just one story after another.oooops, we forgot, oooops, we shipped some buckets of stuff, but no tanks, oooops, its the shipper,.ooops they new tanks havent left Florida yet (3 weeks)sounds like someone whos in financial trouble to me. Not worth it. DO NOT PREPAY!

        Having recently moved to Florida, it was hard to believe how bad the tap water was. I met with Catherine of phPrescription and was impressed by her technical knowledge and her ability to explain the science behind water-purification clearly. I chose an out-of-sight outdoor installation and the installers showed up on time and completed the process in just a few hours. And now I know my whole house has healthy, and delicious, water.
