My wife and I have been working with Tricia Feigenblat for almost three years finally culminating with the recent purchase of the house of our dreams in Stuart, FL. I cant say enough good things about Tricia. She is the embodiment of everything a home buyer or seller would want in a real estate agent and more. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, responsive are the four words that come to mi d when I think of Tricia. Bottom line, when Tricia tells you something you know it to be true because it comes from either her vast personal experience or knowledge shes gained from either working personally in the area or with other service providers. Additionally, if she doesnt know an answer to a question she tells you so right upfront but then quickly gets you an answer or a resource that can be of service. Weve worked with many agents over the past 30 years buying homes in all areas of the country and I can say without doubt that weve never worked with a better agent. Tricia never pushed any particular property on us just to get a sale but worked with us getting to know what we were looking for in property/home and then presenting us with opportunities that matched those requirements. Being from the North, it was great to know that if Tricia sent us a listing to look at we knew it was worth our time to review and not a waste of our time or expense to come and see. Especially being from out of state, having Tricia as our agent really took the one of the variables regarding whether we were being sold a bill of goods out of the equation. If youre coming from out of state or youre currently a FL resident, I cant recommend Tricia Feigenblat enough. Even after the sale, Tricia has been a resource to us and it is without any hesitation that I highly recommend her as the go to agent for your real estate needs! Ill say it one more time, Tricia Feigenblat is without doubt the best real estate professional weve ever had the pleasure of working with and Ive recommended her to some of my closest friends who are looking for property in S.
