        Extremely unprofessional. Couldn't care less about the customer. Called in the morning, made an appointment. Plumber supposed to arrive between 11am - 4pm. I waited but no one came. I called at 4:23 to ask for an update. The receptionist didn't know, said she would call back. Got a call 5 minutes later from another lady, telling me the plumber won't be making it, apparently he had an accident. Extremely cold and distant. Could care that my entire day was wasted and it's too late to get someone else in. Can't use the dishwasher, can't use the kitchen sink, but hey, it doesn't affect them so why should they care, right? Don't recommend. Not with this kind of service.

        Sal was FANTASTIC! Knowledgeable, kind and professional as the day is long. That northeast work ethic thrives in Fla and Flamingo is so very lucky to have him! Of course I found a leak on a Saturday! Chaaaaaaching! Aside of the crazy $250 charge to come to my door and the $200 locate and diagnosis charge $450 before work was even done.... (These are crazy times. Why is there a 9-5 (5) day workweek calendar anymore????) I think I'm going to take some plumbing courses....... :/ Service: Plumbing leak detection
