As a first time Florida homebuyer I was referred to Bryce Miranda by one of my very best friends who is also an agent. Bryce was communicative, professional and gave some great advice. The process from looking at properties to making an offer to closing was mostly seamless taking only around 6 weeks! He listened when I had any concerns, always spoke with respect and eased my mind on more than one occasion. I am happy to write this review hoping only good things for Bryce. :)

Bryce found us our dream house and helped negotiating a better price. He even helped move our closing date up so we could move in earlier than what we had planned for. Was originally placed with a different agent who kept pushing us towards certain communities and would tell us that we didn't want a used house when we brought one up that we were interested in. Not Bryce. He not only helped us see the houses we were interested in but found others that were not on our radar. We ended up buying one of the first houses he recommended for us when we didn't even know it existed. Super grateful for Bryce's wisdom throughout the whole process. He was quick to respond and continually fought for us the whole time, making sure all parties were prepared and ready for each milestone of the process. We also sold a house in a different town and Bryce was always in the know, working with the selling agent to make sure our contingency was handled in a timely manner. Definitely one of the best! Will use Bryce for any future real estate transactions/searches in the future!

Initially I was trying to sell my house by my myself, then Bryce called me and sold himself. I felt like I knew him forever just from a phone call. Bryce made the transition of selling my house very smooth. He kept me informed of all the details every step of the way. Most importantly he was very honest about everything. He was not only my realtor, but became a great friend. I would recommend Bryce in a heartbeat to sell your house. He is the absolutely the best!
