I was diagnosed with Mold Toxicity and Donna was able to help me with all my questions. She took her time with me on the phone to discuss all my concerns, how we would tackle the problem in our home, the plan for remediation, everything. Since our very first conversation this company has gone above and beyond; they are super friendly and committed towards providing quality services at affordable prices. They have been detailed, specific, and honest when it came to my concerns and providing us answers. The company was compassionate as we had been ignored for years and made feel foolish by others. The truth is and I learned it the hard way nobody thinks about mold until its in their home and is affecting their family and in some cases it might not be as visible for us to discern. My family has been suffering from what we believed to be severe allergies for a while now which was odd to me, which is what led me to find a reputable company. This company made themselves available to us by answering multiple text messages, emails, and phone calls which I am forever grateful for and I cant thank them enough. If you want a company who is willing to treat your family and concerns like their very own there is no need to keep looking, this is your company. The level of dedication they showed us told us that they were family people themselves and it came from a place of love that only family who have seen or been through similar issues can understand.
