We had our home built by Medalist in 2018. Jeremy and his team made it so easy. They were always available to answer questions and accommodate minor changes throughout the process. We are very happy with the quality of our home and would not hesitate to use them again.

For the past 4 years, I have had the pleasure of living in a home built by the Medalist Building Group, and I couldnt be happier with the results. 3.5 years ago brought a home from Medalist group snd 6 months in we started having plumbing problems. Back up sewer snd bubbling toilets . They sent the plumber snd they didnt find any issues. 6 months later it started again. No response so i reached out to other plumbers. Finally drove over to medalist office snd waited for soneone snd Kevin showed up. He brought daves plumbing over within hours. He reported back to Jeromy telling him the issue had to be addressed. No response from them. Jeromy snd Jessica saw my neighbor and told them they were going to fix it issue and wouldnt leave me hanging. That was a year ago . I got an atty snd sfter a year they stop responding. Now im out over 7k. DONT BUY ANY HOMES FROM THEM. Plus i heard they are in a bad financial way. Horrible customer service, will sue you if you try to cancel contract after 6 months of little to no work if I can tell you one thing please save your money and find someone better!
