Ilona Chkliarouk recently helped my wife and I rent a condo in Delray Beach. Ilona represented the condo owners. She worked seamlessly with the realtor, who was representing my wife and me. Although we were not, technically, Ilona's clients, she treated us as such, looking out for our best industries, too. She was very prompt, responsive, knowledgeable and flexible (i.e. willing to negotiate). For example, she made sure that we came up with a fair monetary threshold at which my wife and I would be responsible for repairs. She politely, patiently, persistently prodded the condo association to review and approve our application. And she smoothly facilitated meetings and communications, while literally and figuratively ensuring nothing was lost in translation as she worked on behalf of the Russian couple, who owned the condo. That couple treated Ilona like she was a daughter. And at the end of the condo rental process, we felt like her friends. It's refreshing to know true real estate professionals like Ilona are out there!
