        Terrible service, they don't even greet you, after making my transaction I tried to use the public bathroom and they tell me that they don't have water, you can see that they are liars and are unpleasant and inattentive, terrible service.

        I waited 30 mins to exchange foreign currency there was a line out the door. Sad excuse for a bank.

        This branch, along with most Chase branches, is ridiculous.  Called to make an appointment and was speaking with someone live yet they wanted me to hang up and schedule online.  Do not bank with Chase! I'm a Private Client and this is still how they treat you!

        Great customer service. Easy access  ATM in front. Very polite employees but then it is Palm Beach. Imagine if all Chase employees acted as if all their customers lived in Palm Beach. That would be great for their overall customer service experience.
