        Steve Barcsansky is TOP notch. He went out of his way to make the transaction as smooth as possible. With the boat market as busy as it is, it took a few extra days to get my survey complete. Steve was able to get a couple days extension to the closing day and make it all come through like clock work. He was the Listing Broker but treated me as if I was his client. I highly recommend Steve is you are listing you yacht, center console, cruiser... or if you are in the market to buy. He can help you find what you want.

        Very expensive marina...some are even higher...but this is Palm Beach County, Florida. Excellently kept marina with parking right behind your boat. Very safe and secure marina. Nice first class restaurants on premises. Carmine's is top flight!! We stayed there 2.5 months from Feb 2020 during height of Chi-Com Flu quarantine!
