Decent kayak launch spot, and a straight shot in a gravel road for bikes, but its a pretty boring walking hike, thats fully open and exposed to the hot sun.

Easy parking just off PGA Blvd. Wide gravel trail offers pleasant biking 6 miles north to Loxahatchee Riverbend Park. Mild hybrid or gravel tires are recommended some areas of the trail are a little soft for skinny road tires. Numerous bird sightings, including ibis, herons, and the sandhill cranes that give the area its name.
