11:30. We arrived promptly at 9 to set up for his party, there were plenty of people working no one would let us in, or speak to us. I would approach the window and the person would get up and walk away.
At one point my 3 year old nephew arrived and I finally got someone to answer me at the window - he refused to let him in to use the bathroom.
Conveniently, when all of our guests were arriving at 9:30 on the dot they let us in, we missed celebrating our son for the first 30 min as we rushed around to set up decorations, cake, presents, etc. Then at 11:25 told us we had a 5 min warning to be out and turned off the splash pad. I asked multiple times to speak with a manager, to which no one spoke to me.
If you enjoy being ignored, rushed, anxiety induced and wasting your money this is the place for you. Horrible customer service and overly priced!
