Nancy F Thurston LCSW PA

Nancy has been my therapist for almost twenty years. That’s not saying she hasn’t “cured” me, but I can’t give her up! She helps me sort out problems; she listens patiently and responds sincerely; she’s honest with me, doesn’t sugar-coat her discussions and so much more. She goes above and beyond to accommodate me with our appointments. She even accompanied me to a place that I just couldn’t go to alone as part of a healing strategy. I call Nancy my “go-to” girl because she has given me referrals to various services/establishments and has never steered me wrong. I feel like Nancy is more than a therapist - she’s my friend.
