AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Highly recommend! If you are looking for an agent that will take the time to ensure your best interest Matthew is the guy. The experience was unique to us and got us to what was important to us. I PCSd from Alaska and as a military service member Matthew provided the best guidance and understanding of our needs as a family. He works extremely hard and takes the time pin point what we were looking for. We saw many homes and he did not setttle until we found what was best for us. On top of that, although he was not the selling agent, he took extra time to make sure the house was ready for us to move in. The other agenet did notnshow not even the interest to sell while Matt was showing us the upmost care for us as a family.

I have purchased a lot of real estate in my life and never have I had such a positive experience like I did with Matt. Going above and beyond is a understatement. I connected with Matt when I sent an inquiry about a property in Florida. He called back immediately and impressed me with his knowledge, expertise and professionalism. He told me about his experience working with out of country clients, which was my situation. He had answers to all my questions and would follow up right away with the info if he didnt have it. Many realtors I had spoken with previously, offered to door knock and cold call looking for off market properties. Matt was the only one that followed through with everything he said he would do and more! I have purchased many homes in Canada and Matt is the most caring, passionate and patient realtor I have ever worked with. He truly loves his job and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of. Within 2 weeks of our first conversation, he found an off market property that met exactly the criteria. Buying out of country for the first time and site unseen can be stressful but Matt makes the process seamless. I am looking forward to working with him again and cannot thank him enough for everything he has done.
