        Being from out of state we were looking for assistance with a buying a new home in Palm Beach Gardens area. We are so happy that we found Jeffrey Carlson at this office. He was amazing with us. It had been some time since we had purchased a new home. Jeffrey took the time to explain to us all of the things we needed to do. He was very aware of the differences of our thoughts on how to do this as we were coming from NJ. We are so happy with how things turned out. Jeffrey keeps in contact with us and that is something that we never experienced from a real estate agent in the past. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND JEFFREY CARLSON!

        Joshua Burke is the most rude Real Estate Agent I have ever encountered. If Caldwell Banker Palm Beach Gardens allows an unimaginably bad Realtor to work for them - get away before you have to waste your time with this awful person.
