Melanie called me to reschedule my appointment at 3 oclock on on November 15 Wednesday and my appointment on Thursday at 3:45. She told me the most sooner appointment she has will be Monday. I told her that was unacceptable and Ill be writing a review on this cancellation on such short notice. She started stressing that I didnt have sympathy for a family emergency, and when I started talking, she was very professional and hung up the phone on me. I called her back to speak to an office manager was she told me there was nobody in she was the only one I will never make an appointment with you guys again or usual. Everything happens for a reason.
