    I am extremely disappointed in the lack of knowledge, poor customer service, and constant blame-shifting among the staff. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and expertise, especially when it comes to products that involve living creatures. I will be writing an email to corporate detailing the terrible service that I received from Shannon and specially Jen . Such a rude person.

    We are beyond impressed with the grooming services provided by Isa. Our pup typically goes in anxious, but comes out feeling relaxed, smelling great, and looking so fresh! Isa is professional, kind, understanding, thorough, and such a talented groomer. We're so happy we found her, and would trust our fur baby with no one else!!

    Do not go here! The so-called manager Shannon is completely rude and disrespectful! She sold me $500 with a Fishtank and accessories. Then the fish died the next day I came back to get more fish She wouldnt sell me any after making me go home and get a water sample which was good. Very weird and would never shop there again

    My experience with Petco, after adopting a small pet... (being begginers to the pet world). It went well during the visit, super nice and all. They offered the Premier Vita care suscription embellishing about the discounts, offers, etc.... So here is the thing. Once we found out, other stores have way better supply prices, we decided we no longer needed to keep the suscription for obvious reasons. It turns out, it is a YEARLY commitment... but they did NOT mentioned that BIG important part of the conversation while we were at the store and Petco lady was talking and talking(selling). You are only able to cancel the auto-renewal. That tricky "fine print lines" wasn't expected. Bad bad business practice. When you get an internet plan they tell upfront: its one /two year contract. But this is just being sneaky Petco be straight forward with offers. After that the
