We value our clients, but we will not tolerate a liar. You got a regular pedicure with regular nails polish. Everyone know you have to let the polish dry, but you shoved it your shoes, thus ruined your toes nails polish. You did it 3 times already, we fixed it for you 3 times already. And we didn't charges you. We simply asked you not to put your shoes on after your polishing and you called us rude? You cannot keep destroying our hard work and expected us to keep fixing it.

We strive to provide timely and efficient service to all of our clients, and it is our policy to prioritize those who arrive on time for their appointments.When you arrived late to your appointment, our staff politely asked you to wait for the next available technician, which would have been a wait of only 10 minutes. However, you chose to reschedule your appointment instead. While we understand that this may have been an inconvenience for you, please understand that our staff was simply following our protocol and trying to accommodate you as best as they could. It is unfair for you to accuse us of being late and rude when you were the one who arrived late to your appointment.We value our clients and their time, and we always strive to provide the best service possible.
