Jan.29th, 2023. This is the Best PNC Bank by far! This PNC BANK, located in EASTERN Palm Beach Gardens is top notch! If you are looking deal with a PNC BANK where everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and kind, go to the PNC BANK in EASTERN Palm Beach Gardens! We first went to the PNC Bank located on Military Trail, just north of PGA, at 10973 North Military Trail. I wanted to open a second account for myself. My son, wanted to open his very first bank account. Pretty much everyone, except one, who works at the PNC Bank on Military Trail were very rude. The only nice person there, was the lady who was wearing a blue face mask, who assisted us with a deposit at the window (inside the bank). She was very polite, and helpful! After making a deposit, my son and I, went into one of the offices for our appointment. A Banking Assistant called us in. When my son and I went into the office for our appointment, we had to also accept to have a trainee in the office with us. What? How inappropriate! That, not only made my son and I very uncomfortable (having the trainee there), it completely took the Banking Assistant's attention away from us, made the Banking Assistant distracted, and very much delayed the progression of our meeting. In addition, during the meeting, every time my son and I asked the Banking Assistant a question, so that we would understand the process of what we were interested in doing in relation to our accounts, the Banking Assistant not only talked over us, but also answered us in a very condescending way... somewhat demeaning. It made no sense! Not to mention, no matter how hard we tried, it was very hard to understand what she sad most of the time (very heavy Hispanic accent). She also told us, half way through our 10 minute meeting, that she and the trainee had to go take care of something else related to his training, and lunch time, and pretty much guided us out of the office. How rude, unprofessional, etc.! We still had a few more questions, and didn't even get to open our new bank accounts! My son and I were both in disbelief! We left the bank on Military Trail (Just north of PGA), and immediately looked for another PNC BANK that was close by. We went to the PNC BANK located in east Palm Beach Gardens. What a difference! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a very professional young lady, and the Banking Assistant helped us right away! He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional! He answered all our questions, and helped us open our accounts. What a wonderful experience! This PNC BANK, in EASTERN Palm Beach Gardens, at 2000 PGA Blvd., Suite 1000, is where I will take all my business from now on! That's how every bank should be! Simply the best!

When I picked up my currency exchange order (Euros), Bryan reminded me to notify the PNC Visa department about my travel plans. He made the notation on my profile, saving me from the phone tree!

Johnathan Clark-is person on PNC bank on this location i can nominated of the worth service you can get!!!i arrived there at 2.15p.m.for asking about opening debit accounts for non-resident person of USA,one girl on reception was so gentle, to check all information online and told me ,i need passport and visa for make it,she can schedule appointments for 3.15p.m,i was happy with that.Mr.Clark just got back from lunch and was invited me directly at him office!But after 15min conversation, he told me he can't do it,i have to leave,he is no time for me(bank was empty!attention, lady on receptioni on advance prposed to me few differenttie time from him schedule), they don't do this service and by the way he can't help...him arguments dosen't have any logic,he couldn't answer for any of my questions, was so stressed,unpolite and even didn't try to resolve my situation!So unprofessional!!!!! I used to leave and come to other location on PNC,just 10 min drive from there ,North military trail office and Luisa Orellana helped me for opening account,very short time without any trouble!Such a important to meet right person!Thankfully from all my heart for Luisa Orellana for a great service, professional, polite and make me forget about my previous experience with PNC banker!
