I recently used Alan Jacobson to sell a house, not local, for a family estate I was in charge of. I knew I would come down once to get the house in order, but beyond that, I wanted as little to do with the home selling process as possible. I met Alan at the house and was spot on with his assessment, which employed the 72SOLD strategy bringing a floodgate of buyers and allowed me to get the highest price in the shortest time. We thoroughly discussed his marketing strategy, which focuses on a quick turnaround from listing to a signed contract. This was of the upmost importance to me as every day we owned the house was a day of losing money. Alan assured me he would take care of everything and he did. We listed the house and it went under contract 3 days later for $35,000 over asking price. Alans excellent job wasnt finished though. We had many hurdles related to the status of the house (financial and physical). Alan was there every day to give me advice and to push the process forward. One of his biggest strength is his charisma. Every buyer pushes for all they can get. Alan advised when it was smart to comply with demands and when it was appropriate to push back.
