We had an unusual property for sale, along with an unusual and difficult closing situation with (3) properties that had to close almost at the same time for everything to work. Jeffrey Carlson was there explaining, directing, coordinating, and holding our hands throughout the entire process. His staging and photos of the property really showed the property beautifully. Every move he took was exactly right. His decisions and recommendations were impeccable & right on. He is amazing, and we are so happy that he helped us with this sale.
